Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 - 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 12 PM (PST) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 3 - 4 days using USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL. Flat rate shipping fee of $8 applies to all orders shipping within the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8 flat rate shipping to the United States.

For free shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over $50.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jeff@therefssuck.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
